Linweld Automation is a technical sales and service support division to Linweld's retail sales in the areas of fixed or hard automation welding; flexible or robotic automation welding and cutting; and CNC plasma and mechanized cutting. Linweld Automation was officially formed in the late 1990s to provide and support our customers with leading edge technology in conjunction with the basic products already being utilized.

Linweld Automation provides our customers with full service capabilities, including technical sales support; equipment and process demonstrations; design and integration; installation; equipment and process training, technical assistance, and troubleshooting and repair. We offer full service through every step of the installation- before, during and after.

Products offered include Linear and rotary welding mechanisms, arc welding and cutting six axis robots in standard, modified standard or custom systems; CNC plasma and high definition small to large mechanized cutting systems; and vertical and horizontal industrial manual and automated band saws.

Customers are provided with:
• Application qualification: which entails product and process analysis, up and down stream, weldability, size, handling, production rate, fixturing/tooling, quality and labor.
• Solutions: are presented to promote productivity, quality and efficient use of labor safely.
• Justification thru time studies, demonstrations, other customer visits, testimonials, and cost studies of the investment for a quick payback.
• Training, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting service and repair.
