The David Breslow Training Center in Waverly, Nebraska, represents a $1,000,000 investment in the future of our employees, customers and industry. It incorporates a tiered auditorium, a complete welding laboratory, and an Automation Center that houses demonstration robotic and CNC cutting machines for demonstration and integration.

The training center auditorium & welding lab utilizes the following media for audio visual presentation:
•120 inch rear projection screen with resolution of 1024 x 768 pixel Large Screen viewing of Personal computer, Laptop, Linweld's network, Internet, Document imager, VHS, CD & DVD disk player, Digital Camcorder with audio & video inputs & outputs, with remote connections in the welding lab & automation center
• Podium Touch Screen controlling of programmed lighting, surround sound, large screen Inputs, wireless microphone volume, and media component selection
• White boards
• Audio & Video Web Conferencing, Digital Video & Audio recording on CD & DVD disc
•Wireless microphones in classroom & welding lab

The welding laboratory utilizes several welding stations and the most recent welding and cutting equipment offered by our manufacturers and vendors. New and proven gas mixtures from our local gas production and filling center are available as well as representative products from our broad and diversified product mix. The lab is equipped with air filtration units as well as source capture air cleaning equipment. The Training Center is utilized in many ways but the primary focus of the investment has been to:
• Train Linweld employees. Linweld believes strongly that the company's greatest asset is its skilled people. The Training Center provides a resource for those employees to improve themselves through increased product, process and job specific training.
• Train Linweld Customers. The Training Center provides a tremendous environment to offer training programs for current and potential Linweld customers. Classes are offered in a broad scope of processes and equipment. Courses can be tailored specifically to the needs of individual customers.
• Facilitate and/or rent the facilities to industry organizations for meetings and training programs thus promoting the industries Linweld serves.
